A: Your clips will be delivered to you on a DVD-R as QuickTime files.
Q: Can special requests be submitted?
A: Anytime. If we don't have it, we will shoot if for you.
Q: Do you have a return policy?
A: Yes. Once clean footage has left our facilities, all sales are
final.
Q: Can I use your material in Films
A: Yes
Q: In television programs, home video, DVDs, what ever I can think
of, world wide and in perpetuity?
A: Yes. Except you can not use our material in Porn or anything that
could be deemed libelous or offensive.
Q: Do you accept "Contract Shoots"?
A: Yes, for all around the world.
Q: Can I use your demo clips in my rough or Editor's Cut?
A: We encourage that you do so.
Q: This sounds too good to be true. What's the catch?
A: The catch is you have to make sure that what you are licensing is
what you want. We are a discount broker. We
don't give refunds. Please be
sure to order what you need, we don't give

Q: If I license footage and do not use it, can I get a refund then?
A: No
Q: Can I use 1080i footage in a 720p production and visa versa?
A: Conversion between the two formats is at the clients discretion
Q: What does royalty free mean?
A: Royalty Free means that once you pay your license fee, you don't
have to pay any more.
Q: Once I pay the license fee, does that mean I own the footage?
A: No, GotHiDef.com retains all rights of ownership and copyright to the
materials.
Q: Can I download the video files?
A: At the present time, no. Because of the size of files required for
HD, downloading is not a viable option at this time
